    Excellent portraits.

    With all that experience capturing real faces, have you tried your hand at fictional faces from your mind's eye? I bet you could come up with some striking and astoundingly beautiful faces. Maybe you could start a "Painting fictional faces" thread or something...

    DarkOwnt.....Thank you for checking my thread out, glad you liked them. Creating characters and painting them is something I've been thinking about doing, just need a lot more practice and experience....

    Thanks Robyn.....She's a moody and misunderstood one, going to keep it a little rough.....and not go all smoothie on her.

    This is wonderful painting. I love to see the 'sculptured look' of the paint. (I am speaking of the first posted progress painting)

    Just one little thing. Her eyebrows seem to thick and heavy, particularly on the underside. I think they would be somewhat thinner. Hope you don't mind my saying so.
