    Well done!

jean, those pears are golden ...

I had a little nut tree,
    Nothing would it bear
    But a silver nutmeg,
    And a golden pear...

Back in high fashion JustJean! Wonderful rendition of the materials and surfaces. Glass is often very difficult and is one of those things that can go horribly wrong or can make the viewer go "Wow, she can really paint!" I'm looking at this painting and thinking you are home. You have a real affinity for this kind of painting set up.

Did you create the still life set up where you're working from life or are you working from a photo?

Any way you slice it, you're flying deep into the still life realm. Well done.

It's from a WDE photo DA, I had previously painted the pears without the bottle and then thought I would try it with the bottle
