    Well, now I've been there too. Thanks for the visit to the shore. . . via the wood grain. I like it a lot!

    Very moist and summery. I looked at this and heard the gulls and the slow rolling crash of the breakers. . .

    I wonder if the tree with that particular grain was dreaming of being a timber in the hull of a long ship and a life at sea, and it was communicating that to you -- and you got it.

    thank you so much D_Akey for the wonderful comment, it means a lot to me and yes indeed....... that is what i saw in the texture,just had to find the right tools to bring it out.

    Quite interesting. Lemon yellow and cerulean blue work very well together indeed! A couple I used to appreciate too on some experiments and real paintings I did in the past.
