Wanted to do a shocker, its not the norm for me, just a little experiment with adding little more punch to a otherwise run of the mill horror shot....

I do like just the slight hint of fear in the eyes though, the mouth kinda gives the whole thing away real quick like...

Thank you dear Caesar....It's a quadriptych now, and if I could figure out how to section it out to five features of a face....well a pentaptych would be around the corner.
But I agree, its much more interesting like this....its just not getting many comments, I wonder why.....

Hey Steve. Sorry I thought I had already commented, but it seems I had not. Thats a great painting of Jennifer Connelly, good likeness and really nice work on its details. And also a very good work on the expression in the last one. I had not expected to find this one in your thread. But yeah, well done. I really liked the idea of spliting it up, makes the impression of it more intense. Great!!

Hey Steve somehow I missed the post where you have the top and bottom to the Scream !... a modern day version, I like it more that I thought and I agree with the other having it in two panels works very well with this. It is very well painted and very expressive. a good diversion for you I bet.. your psyche getting its word in on all your recent medical travails...

Hello Belvrog...Thanks, the Jen pic was interesting to do, had fun with it especially the ear thing....As for this last set, anybody's guess where I was going with it....But it was certainly interesting !

Hi Gary...Yeah, spent the week piecing her pics togather in some form or the other.....Anyway thanks for checking it out again, and you may be right on my 'psyche', starting the second round of the medical stuff next month.
