Steve you did a remarkable job on this. Just remarkable. Powerful and really well painted. I am curious about the choice to keep the polygon shaped area under his right arm lighter than the corresponding background. Maybe it's just me but it steals my attention from the rest of the piece. My eye wants to keep going back there.

so what the hell, I made a photo, kinda cool though...maybe not.

Jmac....Much appreciated comments, thank you for them. As for the light area,
was trying to get the contour of his chest defined and create reflections from the
two light burst on his right, they're on his left side as well, not as dark. I tried
to balance them as best as I could.
