    Hi Coops,
I was enjoying the beautiful garden, and your wonderful burst of dreamy, fiery colors.
Then she appeared! The 'Geisha', in the amidst of her dream!
    Very Well Done!
    Happy Holidays,
    Steve

Camouflaged in all that beautiful light and texture, and then I found her! Lovely.

    Good comments.

I love the idea of wandering around a garden or forest and suddenly having my mind latch onto some creature whose presence revealed itself despite its protective coloration, moving ever so slightly and suddenly fitting into my awareness. I also think the idea of protective coloration in a very tightly ordered society in which certain qualities that were not safe to reveal would have many such denizens wandering about unnoticed.

Wonderful image. I never quite know what to expect from you Ms Coops but you never disappoint. At first blush it's a sort of decorative patina, a nice texture made up from bits and bobs. And as a second read, the brilliance of the painting reveals itself to be a woman in a kimono in a garden. She enters like a realization.

Fantastic as well as fun to process. Well done indeed Ms Coops!!!!!! Wow, there are other creatures as well, aren't there?

I like your work very much. The woman was a nice surprise I stumbled on while wandering around the textures and colors.
