Interesting use of the tools using variety, especially in the rocks. Looks almost like a castle or Eastern palace built into a cliff or high on a mountain.in that it is built on not easily accessible terrain -- at least not from this angle. The blur you used on the rocky ground makes it look like it is built in a very changing land -- almost like the builders had a desire for permanence and to build something lasting in a nomadic, or changing world.
Or if I really wanted to get into a metaphor - it could be as if this represents Heaven or Enlightenment and the way to get there is challenging and filled with illusions and transitory worldly elements -- one of those things that one has to overcome one's limited or base way of thinking to achieve the place of vast perspective and ultimate beauty, which is often considered a state of consciousness or state of being.
