    Recent visit to Vineyard

In Monroe , NC there is a charming Vineyard called the Treehouse Vineyard. We enjoyed our visit and I felt inspired to paint some of the scenes.

Very homey. Feels good and very personal, like a conversational description of a memory of a vacation to wine country.

    Very nice.

Very well depicted. It reminds me a lot of good things. It is the full season also in the south of France.

    A votre santé !

Very nicely done, living in wine country like i do it makes me think of the activity that will be starting soon in the vineyards with the picking of the grapes.

As Ancient Romans used to say when drinking wine: Prosit! (Maybe whence the German: Prost!) which means "May it do You good, i.e. benefit You", literally "be it at Your advantage".

Vineyards and wine certainly made You paint wondeful and colorful artpieces here!
I cannot but appreciate the subject too, coming from the country of wine.

Actually Enotria (land of wine) was anciently one on the names Ancient Greeks gave to Italy and here we don't have just one or few areas possibly defined wine conuntry, we are an overall wine country with these rituals spread all over the country, even on the Alps regions lower mountainsides and valleys with dozens of vines type either common worldwide spread ones and also many aboriginal and often ancient ones which are so peculiar that they cannot even grow outside their native hills. Many of our stronger southern wines were also a base of success of French wines, used as an addition to improve their production alcoholic degree and flavour, although now they are finally upgraded by modern technology and methodologies so as to have their own full-fledged dignity.

    CHEERS!
    Panta rei (everything flows)!
