    Exclamation Artrage 1.6.1 crashing issues

    Ever since the latest update of the Artrage app for iPad, it immediately goes to a black screen and crashes just as I try to open it. I've tried closing parked apps and rebooting my iPad, but that seems to do nothing. What is going on? How can this be fixed?

    I see that you've already been in touch with support and it looks like our first step didn't resolve the problem. Could you email me directly ( ) and let me know what version of iOS you are using and we can do some troubleshooting with you. You can find that information in the Settings app on the iPad in the About section ('Version').
