    Error. Success!

After installing 2.1 every *.ptg I try to open results in the attached error.

After I dismiss the error, the painting opens up normally.

This is only happening when I run the file from Windows by double clicking, not when I go to File -> Open Painting...

This is with the full registered version on Windows XP SP2.

Okay, we're looking into that this morning.

Aaah, glad to see you guys are on this already.

Just for the record, I seem to be getting the same thing under OS X 10.4.6. Same deal, if I dismiss it, file opens normally.

Otherwise ... the update looks great, thanks guys!!

Am I allowed to say 'Oh cobblers!' in the forum?

"Error: Success" is quite the oxymoron.
i think the Rage family might be having some fun with us!
    (i.e., "oh, sorry, you're file's broke, can't open it - just kidding!")

if it's not fun, what's the point?

Sounds more like some debugging code that got left in. ;]

    Dittos on the "Error: Success"

Most of the programmers I know agree that success is normally the result of an error; therefore, success is the error.

Most of the programmers I know apparently pessimists as well.

    Oops, you win,
