    Eraser not working.

    I can't get the eraser to work on the iPad, I am running the latest version. I haven't done any paintings for a few weeks, so only just found that I can't get it to work. I have tried closing the program and rebooting that is the only thing that works.

    Have you closed all other parked applications and restarted the iPad in the manner described in the post below?

    This will clear out memory on your iPad and solve any odd problems due to the device running low on resources. It's the most likely cause for unusual behavior like that.

    If you still have problems please let me know.

    Thanks Dave, before I ever start ArtRage I remove all parked items and reboot to make sure I have the most memory available, I have learnt my lesson to save regularly. The eraser was working fine one minute then just stopped and nothing was happening. I saved and went back to the gallery and rebooted after re-opening the painting I had full use again. It's not the first time it has happened but its intermittent.

    Next time you have the problem, could you please send the painting file to support@artrage.com ? If it's much larger than 10mb in size, can you email me anyway with the size and we can look at getting hold of the file another way.
