    Anjeanette, you must go trough technical section of the forum, try a search there.... but as i remember it is wrtitten in the manual that on export to psd canvas texture and lighting setting are lost... This may induce differences. But you better ask further, i did not use exports except jor jpg, so far.. I hope i remember things right
    I'm the happiest man in the world. I just don't know this, yet.

    If you go to View > Canvas Settings > and uncheck canvas lighting, you'll see the colours truer, you will also lose the visual sense of paint depth (the shadows and highlights on each brushstroke). The tradeoff is synergy with other image editors, like photoshop, I suppose.

    Your painting is lovely, I like the floating hair.
