    The Outlier Crocus

Fun with chalk again! Like everyone else, I take those first colorful flowers popping through a blanket of snow as the light at the end of winter's tunnel. L

Thanks Robyn! I sure do hope winter is on the way out! Had to do something cheery yesterday and today. Hurt my back yesterday and ended up at the ER...miserable day until I got to working on this to take my mind off of the pain! L

Very effective use of white. Throwing yourself into your work should not be so harmful to your body! You take care. Hope you're sorted out and on the mend. Be well. It's a gorgeous painting and I feel lots and lots of optimism in it. Well done!

It's amazing how playing with AR gets your mind off the nasties. Hope your back feels better soon.

Very detailed and colorful...great painting !!
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.
