    Racing for the finishing line

Having raised Siberian Huskies since the late 70s thought I would have a go at some sledding dogs.

geoff... really a thrilling work the bright colors of the man play against the snow and dogs, you can really feel the excitiment in this.. your work with dogs as subjects is really first class.

Happy dogs! Purpose, team work, joy of the open senses. This is their world. Nice painting, Limey-G!

Thanks Pat, I have attended plenty of sled races in my time, but we raise Siberian show dogs ( the pretty ones) whereas the racing lines are bred for speed and endurance.

Very nice painting Geoff...I am truly amazed at your talent as you continue to turn out "top notch" paintings time after time...Bravo !!
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.
