    not been on in ages my new work hope you like it.

    This, for me, epitomises Glaswegians - strong, vibrant, industrious. The heavy industry has mostly gone now, but the ethos remains and this painting encapsulates it all for me. Apart from that, it is a jolly good painting!! The forms and colours are very pleasing.
    P.S. And I am an Edinburgher!!!

    Thank you kindly for your nice comments grayflo i will say though the times ive been in Edinburgh its such a lovely city the buildings are amazing.as for Glasgow yes we also have a lot of nice buildings and again thank you . john

    Solid, Clyde. . . Sounds such a beatnik, doesnit. . .

    Love it. Convincing canvas use. Seems like done in oil and wiped out in places to thin, which makes for a nice glow to the colors from the transparent pigment over the white of the canvas.

    really first rate painting and I love industrial themes.. they are so interesting arrangements of geometric and organic forms.
