Thumbs up Dearly Beloved - WIP

A future gift for my stepmother. The watercolor feature is a little tricky to get the hang of, but I think I'm slowly getting there. If anybody has any tips on how to get the best out of the watercolor tool- please, do share.

Lovely work! I find the watercolour tool a bit destructive and tend to use the Gloop Pen, the Oil Brush turned to driest setting and scrub, and Ink Pen with transparency down to half or less. Use layers for more control. Canvas settings up to a bit rough, and maybe some Wax Crayon here and there for texture. Then I blend the overlapping edges off.

Hope that gives you some ideas! :0)
