    A study in classical layout.

I call this "open window" I am trying to capture the feel of the classics not quite there but I'm working on it.

It's terrific lighting John! So essential for each painting, but still something that nearly blows my mind when done on the level like this.
Well, your working on it and it's damn good work.

John..good to see you drop by again.. this is quite different than previous work and I think you would bring a very interesting take to the classical style...can't wait so see more.

I have to second Byron. Very much a color sketch from a seventeenth-century Dutch master. The light tells the story.

    Very interesting and well done.

I love those paintings with their marvelous sense of light.
