Update: This has now been fixed, and we were able to get the contact information of people who sent support requests during this time and send out responses.

If you've sent us a support request in the last 24 hours, we may not have received it due to a problem which occured with the part of the website which handles these. Our web developer is currently working on fixing this and I'll post an update as soon as the problem is solved.

In the meantime, you can also email me directly at support@artrage.com for help.

When you email me, please let me know:

1/ What version of ArtRage you're using
2/ The details of the problem you're seeing
3/ The exact text of the error message if there is one
4/ What operating system you're using
