    My brother in law

    I know I always do portraits of ladies so here is one I did for my sister.

    Nicely done. Much beter than my work so far. One thing though. All that work and detail in the face and something is lost on the ear. Ears are hard to master for sure. Just offering something to think about. Love the work though.

    Thanks for that and yes you are right ears are difficult and not an area I like doing, most of the time I paint ladies where often parts of the ear are covered by hair thank goodness.

    Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.
