    Landscape with windmills

    Hey guys,
This is my second artrage painting. I took a little time with this one. I invested about 10 hours in it. Really enjoying it now that I'm comfortable with the tools.
The original of the image is 3500 pixels by 2800 pixels. Note to the ArtRage creators; It really speaks a lot to you guys that the paintings being done digitally actually feel like the paintings I used to do on canvas. I love this program more and more everyday. Comments and Crits welcome.

Oh that's just fantastic. The lighting on the poles and blades is great. The composition is great. And the painting is very skillful!

And thank you very much for the comments about ArtRage! It's a labour of love!

Very nice work. You really got the feeling of light and shadow going here.

very nice, i love the sky, looks like noontime and noon is my favorite time of day

I think we might need to get a repairmain to fix those bent wind-mill arms, though! Or maybe they are supposed to be like that :?: :?

i also really like how the sky darkens at the horizon, like the windmills are turning fastly in the rushing wind before the storm

    Thanks for the kind replies!

I was happy with how the light and color felt. The ground feels a little unfinished, but I'm ready to move on to something new. More painting to do!
