    I really like the narrow value range (light and dark) that you have here to show a battle and "conflict". It's like lowering one's voice to threaten someone. . . it add's a special level of menace because it's at odds with the intensity of the sentiment, like compressing a spring which will really go flying aggressively and fast when released.

    This has that kind of feel. Your little value changes carry a lot of weight.

    Grey

    Sometimes the world is grey, what with constant rain and colourless clouds. It pretty bleak around here.
    Nice job and I love the effect you've got into this drawing Rondo.
