A delicate and beautiful work of art :-)
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

Wonderful painting. I especially like the way you paint your butterflies. Very unique.

Wow. Ms Coops, this seems like a whole new level for you. The entire painting is pretty well owned by you. Every detail is scrummy. . . er. . .scrumptious.

The idea is very sweet. The staging is great, as a rather delightful, lyrical frame. Love those grasses. Also find the figures are very nicely painted. I think the exquisite rather lightly painterly (though not impasto) texture of the background with those colors reminiscent of something of a painted globe lamp, a specialty item which for some reason I have drifting up from a vague memory. Feels entirely nostalgic -- from the 1920s perhaps when such fantasies were all the rage having been influenced by the Pre-Raphaelites and so on.

Brilliant, and lamp-like. Always nice to pop into a new kind of painting and have it work straight away, isn't it? Brava! One of my favorites of yours.

Speechless in front of this display of beauty and grace. Outstanding one. A really wonderful artpiece.
I think You had been exposed to some butterly collections in the past and You probably enjoyed them particularly.
