LILY - As Bkg, As Subject

I painted an orange and rust close-up of a lily as a blurred bkg. Then on a second layer, painted the white one. Orig working size appx 2400x2800 pxls at 200 ppi. Impressionistic. Oils. 2 layers.

Excellent painting and choice of palette...this one really pops Skyler
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

This came out really good Skylar, great idea using a larger coloured flower as the background.
