A lowvely view, but I keep wondering: Why is the snow sticking to the underside of the branches, rather than laying on top of it?

    A good point Verticae

I used reference images to produce this painting and thats where the snow was. There must have been a blizzard before the sunshine, blowing the snow under the branches.

That's fantastic, Bejay. The shading and contouring of the snow is brilliant. You've put so much detail into the trees as well. Stunning stuff.

great one bejay-so quiet all you can hear is the snow crunching under their shoes
