This is excellent Bejay.....................makes me glad to be inside!
Best to you
A lowvely view, but I keep wondering: Why is the snow sticking to the underside of the branches, rather than laying on top of it?
A good point Verticae
I used reference images to produce this painting and thats where the snow was. There must have been a blizzard before the sunshine, blowing the snow under the branches.
Bejay......This is a nice picture, makes you glad to be inside,on a cold day, you certainly got it looking cold....Jack.

That's fantastic, Bejay. The shading and contouring of the snow is brilliant. You've put so much detail into the trees as well. Stunning stuff.

great one bejay-so quiet all you can hear is the snow crunching under their shoes
"I like to have a thing suggested rather than told in full. When every detail is given, the mind rests satisfied, and the imagination loses the desire to use its own wings."
