I love the texture of his fur. Did you use a fur brush?

I also admire how the rock texture looks completely different from the fur texture. Did you achieve that by dragging a palette knife through thick paint?

Slap Happy Larry. The fur was done just with the Ink pen on full taper and the size ranging from 1 to 3%. The log was done with the paint tube, I then used the palette knife on the smudge setting 40% pressure.
