Airbrush SPAT 3D

Not sure if this is the correct sub-forum to post this, but could not find a category for asking this question.

I was trying to follow a tutorial on painting a portrait and when it came to the lips they used the Airbrush Spat 3d tool, but I don't seem to able to find any reference anywhere to this tool.

Is this a setting I can re-create or a preset that is from somewhere else?

The ‘Airbrush Splats 3D’ is a 'Sticker Spray' preset and can be found in the Presets for the Sticker Spray tool, in the group 'Art Brushes'.
