... and out of darkness, a sort of modernized Caravaggio. I like the composition tonally, chromatically and from the brushwork standpoint. She's also attractive for sure and someone's coming to her from the right with a drink.

    Alexandra,
Love the style, texture and deep rich sultry colors with undertones
of longing for that special one to come along. Well painted!

Couldn't help but laugh at some of the responses and I do hope that
Caesar is correct, that out of the shadows comes her dream man with
a drink ... and hopefully one red rose and ... a box of chocolates.

She reminds me of someone I knew a long time ago that was indeed lost. Thank you dear Katie.

Dear MaryAnn, In a story anything is possible...and with your words everything is uplifting.
She is able to walk away from another life to meet someone who helps her find a place in this harsh and cruel world so that she may live a happy and comfortable life.
    Blah...let us try another version.
In walks Mr. Tall, dark, and handsome. Tux, two drinks in each hand. They move to a more comfortable table and perfect conversation ensues. She wonders if she is dreaming, could he be real? She pinches herself, and darn it! She wakes up! haha! BUT.....
just beyond the bedroom door stands a gentleman at the stove making pancakes and the works.

Thank you dear Amanda, they are so fun indeed and such a great idea from our mate Cesare, huh? Looking forward to seeing more from you dear friend!
