    Downloading resources

I've been looking for some texture stencils tonight and I have found that some of the freebies don't have a download link. Is there some other way to download those that I don't know about? I did download a few that had a link to download.

    Thanks,

Stencils are just images, really. If you didn't see a download link, but did see a picture, the person who posted it just meant for you to right click, and save the image, which you could then import into ArtRage. How you import the image will depend on the version of the program you're using, but you just need to find the "Select Stencil From Disk" option (or similar). That, or you can drop the images into ArtRages "Stencil" folder.
Nothing is easy to the unwilling.

Gotcha. My problem was I was doing it with Save picture as instead of Save Target as. Using Save target as works fine.

    Thanks

Hi Rondo - Here's some information Someonesane posted on the grass stickers thread.

'You need to have ArtRage Studio, or Studio Pro. If you have one of the studios, then you only need to download the .arpack I provided, then double click on it, which should open ArtRage for you, displaying the Install Package panel. Just click on the Install button, at the bottom of the panel, and the Stickers, and the Spray Presets will be installed.

To use the Presets, select the Sticker Spray Tool, and then open the Presets Panel. Click on the "Group" tab, and select the "Grass Brushes by SOS" option, to open the group. You may then select and use the five different presets.'

If you've done this and are having problems, please describe what's happening in as much detail as possible and we should be able to help.
