    I've just noticed a weird rectangle in the center where the colours are different???? But not on this one... weird!

    So this is a moor in Scotland then? Ness loch, laddie.

    Great color, FP. Makes it look as if a filter was applied to the photo owing to the regularity of the marks. It might be cool to vary your marks some moor, though that would diminish the effect of it looking photographic. Nice experiment.

    I am really impressed... you are approaching Brian Tinzo land. an extremely high praise. I love this piece. great colors and wonderful interesting strokes going on in treeline and the mountains.
    something about the rectangle gave some interesting color plays as well that might be capitalized on or worth noting. it can pay off to add some variation of hues in larger solid areas like the dark orange. A bit of variance in the size of your brush would attend to what D Akey is noting. love the impressionist style of this painting.
