Sorry to hear you had problems. When did the blank document first occur exactly? Did it happen after you saved, then opened it again later? Did it happen before saving when you launched the app? What was the last thing you can recall doing before the painting become blank?

The most likely cause is the app being closed by the OS at some point due to lack of memory, however if this didn't happen during save, your painting should still be in the gallery. If you go to the gallery, is your your painting there? If you create a quick new document and save, does it appear in your gallery?

Hi Dave, thanks, its not the end of the world, I saved it, then clicked on the blue arrow to go back to the image and it was blank, no layers or anything under the same filename, its not saved in the gallery. Unless ive accidently deleted the doc myself which I cant remember doing. Yeh its possible it could be the memory. Ive had a few crashes too. No worries

What page were you on when you saw the blue arrow? Just making sure I understand where in the app you were.

If you're having crashes the most likely cause is the app being closed by the operating system due to lack of available memory. If you don't already, I'd recommend using the steps in this post to periodically close parked apps and fully reboot the device to free up memory - http://www2.ambientdesign.com/forums...ad.php?t=32970

Sorry to hear your image wasn't in the gallery. It can be worthwhile occasionally going to the gallery and making a copy of the painting by tapping it then tapping the + button. This makes sure you have some copies of your work at various points.
