katie...beautiful mountain scape.. I like the way you did the foreground with part in sunlight and part in shade and the atmospheric distance for the farmland in the middle and subtle colors of the mountain.. well done. artfully constructed and painted.

Why do I feel I have been here before? This has such a great palette, and it feels a little like one of the California impressionists, whose name escapes me. Only his color was a lot more dated with lots of neutrals. I personally LOVE this palette. It really feels in looking at it like I am getting a hit of fresh crisp oxygen, with not to mention some choral voices off in the distance.

Great brushwork and the colors are first rate.

I love the colors. The painting makes me feel serene and yet refreshed. Very nice!

Katie, I think you've taken some of Peter's lessons a step further. Good stuff.
