Beetlespank my first attempt at cartooning

My first attempt at cartooning... I would appreciate any suggestions you can give.

This character was created by my three year old grandson. He and his grandfather were engaged in a game of chase... Evan turned and called his grandfather "Beetlespank", and this character was born. I think this looks like Beetlespank is dancing. Grandfather Agrees.

I'm not much of a cartoonist or at least don't do much of it, so no critique here, but I just thought I would say that's an adorable character. It reminds me of a character one might see in a Dr. Seuss book, but this one is totally your creation and cool little creature. looks like he or she is about ready to dance. so maybe an animation is in your future.

Thanks Albert! It humbles me to be mentioned in the same sentence with Dr. Seuss. It was really fun creating Beetlespank. Animation, huh? That sounds like fun too! So much to create, so little time....

Gail, Evan loved it! He did clue me in that this is NOT what a real Beetlespank looks like. So now I have to figure out what a SCARY Beetlespank looks like....back to the drawing board...
