    Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the free version so much I bought the other version tonight.

So far I like the free version much more!

Every time I go to paint something, the paint tool thing in the bottom left hand corner disappears, and not much gets put on the canvas. Is this a screwed up download or what?

    Thanks!

It sounds like there could be a 'right mouse click' happening at the same time as your left mouse click.
Can you tell me if you're using a graphics tablet input device, or a mouse?
Are you on Windows or OSX?
Do you have any 'click helpers', or handwriting-recognition utilities running?

If you like, send a note to support@artrage.com, and Dave will help you go through a list of things you can try to see where the problem is coming from.

    I love your product again!

Thanks for your help - I was using a mouse, but my Wacom tablet was on the desk too and I think the wires were crossing or something.

Glad to hear it sounds like things are working ok, but if you do run into further difficulties, please do feel free to email me at the support address as Andy was saying, and I'll be happy to sort it out for you.

I can't count the number of times I've knocked the tablet stylus onto the graphics tablet without noticing, and then started panicking when my mouse seems to behave erratically.

Shout if that wasn't the problem!

Ya, me too! It totally freaked me out the first time that happened! Now I ignore the stylus holder and just place the stylus flat on my desk. Keeps me from knocking it anywhere, especially onto the tablet itself.

I now put the Logitech mouse in another room while I'm painting.

I'm always leaving my stylus on the tablet, then glaring at my screen for a second or two wondering whether I've fouled up my mouse or something. I'm learning... sloooowly.

My "very" new mouse is equipped with a laser.

If it gets upset by being isolated it could all turn very nasty.
I will find the Wacom drilled full of holes!
