    WOW Pat... this is one of your very best works.. the rich warm colors and cool background , composition and strong treatment of the old tree are excellent work..

    Beautiful!

    This work makes you fall in love with nature all over again. Definitely the tree makes the paint and sets the background where it belongs. The roots look so real and very expertly done, plus all that red dirt tells a story about that tree! Outstanding Pat.. !!
