    Lake Union Regatta

    This reminded me of Lake Union ( Seattle Washington ).. a small lake in the city surrounded by house boats, skyscrapers and parks... hope you enjoy this.

    and Pat... glad you like this... I imagine that on a large screen you can really see all the details and textures...

    I have never seen Lake Union but it stands on it's own lake or not.

    Such a splendor of beautiful colors Gary and yes, i see the water and boats and everything what might go on on the lake. Gorgeous frame, also.

    Sandy.. and Anna... thanks for your great comments...although right now Lake Union is many shades of white and gray......

    Anna thanks for the comment on the framing..for me the frame border is a real part of the whole image and I have as much fun coming up with that as the painting...
