    Learning Things

I've decided to brush up on my drawing skills, so I'm trying to be good and leave AR alone briefly to play with pencils and paper.

Looking for learning resources I found this site http://www.drawspace.com/lessons/ Some useful free stuff here, had to share it.

That sounds like a really worthwhile thing to do - thanks for the link and good luck.

I've had the following website bookmarked for more than a year, but just haven't got round to it: http://artyfactory.com/still_life/st...fe_pencil.html

Why not do the drawings in ArtRAge ?
Just say: "Rage It", because we already know it's art.

Two reasons Hanzz, firstly discipline, I don't think I could resist using some of the other tools or getting distracted and surfing the web. Secondly, the old problem of selling work done on a computer, I'd like to sell some art at craft fairs and keep running into that dismissive thing.

Never bothered me, I keep raising the price, and keep getting commissions.LOL.

I think if the drawings are decent enough, you won't miss the target.
I get those imbicile reactions too, mind you. "Oh, it's done on a computer, then it's easy..."
I ignore those.( sometimes I do that better than other times)

    re selling

Nice to know that it is acceptable to draw on tablet. Graphic Designers have no problem charging...........lol

I do feel that going back to basics can be beneficial for to keep your eye in.
