A beautiful relaxing painting. I am just out of view lying on the grass soaking up the last rays of the sun.

Katie... a sublime moment well captured!... very nice painting... and excellent work on the bare tree, not an easy subject but you have caught the moment with great skill.

    Love this

Sometimes the simple scenes are the best, and this is a great example. Well done!

I like the sense of miles from anywhere, the time of day, and total freedom from paperwork... How could this not be good

    coops,
You have so well mastered the very essence of evening and it's
conclusion as the last rays of the sun gently touch the tree and
branches in a warm day's end regard. Reflective, calming and well
    painted!

You certainly do have a wonderful eye. This is a great example of painting what you feel and not what you see.
