    Not Abandoned...

...just left alone for a while...
2 of my favorite subjects - Country Roads and old trucks. This piece started simple enough, then the Gods took over. I traced the truck, but the rest is just freehand insanity. As I was finishing, this shaft of light business happened- giving it a cliched quality. But I decided to go with it (Ergo the Gods). The title was also "Abandoned", but with a spiritual overtone now, I had to change it.

It's got a great feel to it. The light coming through the trees and the way you have painted it makes it different than if it was just a straight image.

It's pretty evident some sort of heavenly inspiration in the almost supernatural lights pervading this mysterious and charming painting.
    Outstanding!

It's a beautiful painting Skylar and I like both those things as well. It could also be a close encounter of the third kind. Anyway, it makes for a beautiful painting.

A quite fascinating result here! Always great to see your work!
The only problem with humor is that no one takes it seriously.
