    Superb Geoff!

Wonderful image but the brushwork is awesome. Very well done.

Thanks guys, I was not sure what to do for a background but knew I wanted something a little subtle that would contrast nicely with his red colouring.

It was Hunter's birthday recently, but alas he passed way a couple of years back. He was one of my favourite Siberians that we bred and I will never forget him.

Limey-G.... a beautifully done portrait of a great dog... a really masterful treatment on the fur. and the hightlights on his eyes, nose and gums add a super-realistic touch..

What a beautiful dog! Your treatment here is superb!

I think your background is fine although I would have liked to see the areas less than simple horizontal bands. The dog deserves and gets all the attention for detail. The dog is so well done and looks very natural. Great job!!!!
