    The only problem that i see is that the top of the head is bulging up a bit. Go back to your reference and have a gander. when drawing birds, its good to keep in mind that they possess this beautiful symmetry so what you do on one side is exactly what you do on the other. Humans have a simillar symmetry but its not exact and you end of with a dark side and a light side (good vs evil so to speak). Not so with birds. try establishing a center line running from the top of the bill to the back of the top of the head--this line (do it on a different layer so you can make it go away) will assist you in mastering the birds proportions.

    as for the birds patterns, I have to say you are a master of color, you have a great eye --it looks like you have done this a lot.
