    Landscape Hay bales

I started this about 4 months ago, I thought it was time to get on and finish it.

Thank you justjean for your kind comment.
I do most of my work on the IPad and the file was to big to transfer so I had forgotten about this one. I have sent it to BobbyRay as I would like to see the magazine continue and not fall by the wayside.

I like it , lovely scene, if I could make one constructive comment would be to add a slight shadow at each bale to anchor them to the ground.
    A very good painting.

Thank you Geoff, JMMK for you comments.

Geoff, yes I have to agree shadows would anchor the bales. The photo was taken when the sun was high so there were very little shadows they look fine in the photo but wrong in the painting.

So pleased that you did finish this one Saphire as it is such a lovely reminder of that time of the year. Beautiful painting

It was an experimental playground I see, but You eventually got a quite original and tasty outcome!

Thank you all for your very kind comments, the hay bales do look like they are floating, I must correct that.
