    Grain as hair

You can change the paper settings on a certain layer.
Edit Paper Settings - Click on Grain - and Load a file.

I loaded a file - black and white with a hair structure.
And here showing how it was made.

Perhaps this is something for the tutorial section?

And here a little more result. I have used three layers with different color on each layer. I believe perhaps you can use two different hair-files - slightly different - to have one for the shiness and an other for dull parts... just experiment....

And here is the hair-file if you want to experiment with it yourself.
The width is only 640 pixels - downsized - to be allowed to upload it... but you can experiment with it and then doing your own hair to use as grain in the paper settings!

And here is an experiment with three different grain-files to try to get some shiny parts. But it is not so easy...

a little more experimenting with three different grain-files for the hair and four layers. Hope someone will try and experiment - perhaps it is possible to make some hair - quick and easy?!.,
