    Mother of a Tucker

A 1948 Tucker, hot rod style... Digitally drawn on my computer using a Watcom Intous tablet & ArtRage Studio Pro ver 3.53.

Ground texture was added using a free stock image and Photoshop Elements 9.0... All else is 100% ArtRage...

This started out as a fun reason to play with the inkpen...and developed into this cartoon style hot rod image...

    Cheers

    Ken

Fantastic work Kenmo! Sleek and rich in color - just the way a hot-rod should be!

I really love this style and the car is so sinuous, almost curvaceous as a nice mature lady ...

The Tucker is a rather sad tale. Happy drawing though. Would have loved to have driven one of these.

Wondering if the saying "Tuckered out' came from that (for those from other cultures = tired to the point of stopping. The visionary car was stopped early on, more or less killed by the competition as I recall it said.)
