    Cafe terrace

    It's been awhile since I posted anything, work and summer vacations haven't left much time for painting.This is the cafe made famous by Van Gogh. Based on a reference photo.Oil, one layer.Hope you like it and it's great to be back!!! Enjoy.

    I just love this one Greg. It would be so gorgeous done up as poster size and framed. The strong, saturated foreground in contrast with the less saturated background really establishes great depth.

    And hey... is that Ali G there in the yellow top admiring the buildings?
