    Lady and the Bamboo

Hey, everyone, here is my 4th painting. Originally, the plan was to make a background with some mountains and clouds in the distance, but I was just messing around with the crayons doodling in the background layer and it ended up looking quite nice, so I fixed it up and voila . I then painted the ladybug for a pop of colour.

Very clever how you've used the dimensions of the piece to accentuate the length of the bamboo.

Thank you! I didn't really think about that, I just really love using canvases (is that a word?) that are tall and skinny and/or fat and short .
