    My Baby

    This is my youngest son quite a few years ago. I started this in 2010 and finally got it finished, the mouth is wrong as he's smiling but I will leave it for now and try to fix it some time down the road

    Lovely! You created an excellent portrait of a handsome fellow here. The colors that you have used give it a very classic and timeless feel. And what a great idea for a subject - your family can treasure this painting for generations to come!

    Trying to tackle a personal family member. Toughest thing I can think of. And yet you seem to have done a wonderful job.

    Having a cooling off period is good to to let some of the 'stuff' die down and give it a fresh eye. Long form writers do that a lot.

    So far I have 4 g/sons done and two sons and now I just have to do one more son, a daughter and two g/daughters
