Jasmine, Ken, and Jean, Thank you dear friends!

Dear Mike, I painted this for a friend that I just lost. I know you would appreciate this. He was a D Day war veteran. I lost touch after Christmas, family things going on, and I phoned and found out that he passed away in February. I was broken up. He was a dear friend and I thought the world of him. I wish that I could have held his hand and at least said goodbye while he was in the hospital.
Anyway, this is for Mr. D. I hope you find your enchanted island. I will miss you.

A fine tribute for Mr. D.

I think he got what was behind it when he was in contact with you.

Dark and mysterious. A great prelude to the fall/Halloween season. Excellent job Sandra!

Thank you dear D Akey and dear friend, much appreciated. I am still full of regret for not calling this precious person in my life.

Hi Eddie, Great to see you. Thank you very much. I must admit, I am getting in this mood very fast. I seem to come to life this time of year. Maybe it is because I was born in late August.lol. I am looking forward to viewing your holiday masterpieces!
