This one has a sad feel to it Katie. Like he is yearning for someone or something. Well painted as always.

This is so beautiful Katie. He looks as if he is making peace or resolved with something in his life.

I think I can hear the wind and feel the peace in this scene when I look at it. Can't you just feel the fresh cool mountain breeze? Amazing work!

a beautiful painting Katie... and like all great painting it strikes a chord with each individual and it enables them to see and feel something close to them.

    touching!

the scene reminds me of Khalil Gibran's poem
"Your children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you,
And though they are with you yet they belong not to you." ...

The lighting on this is phenomenal. You can tell exactly where the light is coming from. Well done!
