    Rock Formation

    Hi,

Another water color painting of Rock Formation in the NE Thailand. Used reference picture from http://www.manager.co.th/. Done with water color, felt pen and knife.

The local people call this rock formation as "Grandpa-Grandma" and beleive that they have been together for thousands of years and will continue. It is fascinating how the people seem to name any rock formation according to their imagination all over the world, after all, we all have the same tendencies, imagination, love, red blood that there shouldn't be any war, should it?

As usual any comments are appreciated.

Jasmine, I love rock formations, they always seem to create mystery how they are formed and you did a great job on this

I enjoy looking at rock formations, and you have painted this one soooo well...wish I could paint rocks...LOL
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.
