    Thanks Pat , since watching SOS's tut I find I'm enjoying wc so much more, I used various textures and just the watercolour brush, I don't know which one because I just click on the wc brush image and then nothing else, I am a little lost in this area does one just implement the regular brush ( wc, oils etc) and then if one wans to change is it at that time you would click on one in the presets? hmm I think I just answered myself

    A beautiful painting Jean, perhaps your best one to date...certainly my kind of stuff
    Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

    What a lovely painting, the apples look so round as does the jug.
    I could just pick one up they look so real.
